We met Jennifer front desk receptionist and front office assistant this morning in person. We had spoken with her on the phone previously and she was so sweet and helpful and professional that we just new that Tahquist Dental Group was the place we wanted to go for dental care.Earlier today we went to a different dental office in town , they are fairly new here and I was abhorred at how the front desk receptionist treated me.I needed an extraction but to make a long story short I ended up with an appointment for a root canal. .The root canal I have is the molar that needs extraction because of infection. We went back to Jennifer at Tahquist Dental Group and by then we were so frustrated because I felt the other place wasn't listening to what I was telling them. Jennifer changed my mood instantly with her calm voice and took charge of the situation. She gave me another referral and answered all my questions. It's amazing how a person that listens and cares and obviously loves her job can change how I was feeling and made me feel welcome. Jennifer is a star in my book..
